The best AI agencies in Spain in 2026.
Spain has one of the deeper AI service markets in Europe, and most "best agencies" lists are pay-to-play. This one is not: we picked nine firms we actually consider competition or complements, from listed heavyweights to boutiques, using their own published clients and case studies. 1. Sngular
Sngular. A listed technology group (BME Growth) with a dedicated Data & AI practice and an "AI Everywhere" program. Publishes clients like Ferrovial and Banco Sabadell. Best for large Spanish enterprises that want one partner for AI and everything around it.
2. Plain Concepts
Plain Concepts. Founded 2006, deep on the Microsoft and Azure stack: AI transformation, AI-powered software engineering, data and analytics. Publishes clients like Telefónica, Iberdrola and Zara. Best for enterprises on Azure that want AI engineered into production software.
3. Intelygenz (VASS)
Intelygenz (VASS). Founded 2002, part of VASS Group since 2022. Process automation with hard ROI targets: fraud prevention, intelligent document processing. Clients retain the IP. Best for mid-market and enterprise automation where the business case has to be measured.
4. Serimag
Serimag. Intelligent document processing on its own TAAD platform, processing over a million pages a day per the company, with published pay-per-use pricing. Clients include CaixaBank, Santander and BBVA. Best for banks and insurers with a document-heavy back office.
5. Bismart
Bismart. Fifteen-plus years taking companies from BI to AI on the Microsoft stack (Power BI, Fabric, Azure), with AWS and Databricks in the mix. Publishes clients like BBVA, Nestlé and Roche. Best for mid-market firms whose analytics live in Microsoft.
6. PredictLand AI
PredictLand AI. A boutique founded in 2017 applying ML and generative AI to sales and operations: demand forecasting, price optimization, document automation. Publishes clients like Stellantis, Ibercaja and Mahou San Miguel. Best for SMEs doing their first serious ML or GenAI project.
7. Alpgency

Damavis. Strategic big data and AI consulting founded in 2018, with an offer around private, self-hosted generative AI. Publishes clients like Camper, Meliá and Barceló. Best for travel and hospitality, and for anyone who wants GenAI on their own infrastructure.
How to choose between them
The honest heuristic: if you are a large enterprise with an existing Microsoft estate, start with Plain Concepts or Bismart. If your problem is documents at bank scale, Serimag. If you want one big partner for everything, Sngular. If you are an SME or a fund and want a first use case in production within a month at a known price, that is the gap we built Alpgency for.
