Clients
Who we work with as an AI agency in Switzerland.
Swiss projects are led by Lucas Brunner, whose background is in regulated industries. He works from Zürich, and we also have a page for our work in Zürich.

Im Lot Immobilien.
A Swiss property company and one of our clients. Property is one of our core sectors: tenant requests, leads, lease documents and portfolio reporting. More in real estate.
-
Funds and financial services.
For the venture capital firm Decelera we built an agent that finds potential LPs for the fund and scores each one against the fund's criteria. Before Alpgency, Lucas Brunner led technology programs for financial-services firms. More in VC, PE and finance.
-
Professional services.
Law, accounting and consulting firms: document intake, drafting and review support, knowledge search over past work, time capture and client portals. More in professional services.

Your sector.
The method works the same in other sectors. Tell us which process costs your team the most. If AI pays back, we build it. Talk to us.
2026 and 2027
What changes for AI in Switzerland.
Switzerland has no general AI law. Four things still shape how we build agents for Swiss companies.
-
The revised FADP already covers AI.
The revised Federal Act on Data Protection has applied since 1 September 2023. The FDPIC says it covers AI-supported data processing, that the purpose, functionality and data sources of AI processing must be transparent, and that people have the right to know when they are dealing with a machine and to have automated individual decisions reviewed by a person. Our agents log their sources, say when a machine is answering, and hand decisions to a person for sign-off. Sources: FDPIC, FDPIC on AI.

A Swiss AI bill, sector by sector.
On 12 February 2025 the Federal Council decided to bring the Council of Europe AI Convention into Swiss law, through targeted changes in specific sectors instead of one general AI law. A consultation draft is due by the end of 2026. We build audit trails and human oversight in from the start, so the systems are ready when the rules are set. Source: OFCOM.

The EU AI Act reaches Swiss companies.
Article 2 of the EU AI Act covers providers outside the EU that place AI systems on the EU market, and providers and deployers outside the EU whose AI output is used in the EU. After the AI Omnibus, which entered into force on 27 July 2026, the rules for stand-alone high-risk systems in Annex III apply from 2 December 2027. In the Audit we check which of your use cases fall under it and flag them for your legal advisers. Sources: AI Act, European Commission.

Data that stays in Switzerland.
Managed hosting runs in the EU by default. When a contract, a client or your own policy says the data may not leave Switzerland, we deploy into your own cloud account or onto your own servers.

What we build.
